Hello all,

Couple of points of interest for you this month....

1) We played our brand new set last Friday at The Dreadnought in Bathgate (Scotlands oldest Rock club), to a packed venue. Half the crowd were old friends and the other half quickly became new friends, what a great night. The new tunes went down very well indeed, and the response we were getting during and after each song lifted our souls tremondously, thank you if you were there

2) Next up we cannot wait, but this Friday (20th July) we are getting to see a band very close to us at Dixie Fried towers, the North Mississippi Allstars come to Scotland for the first time ever. A cracking venue in Edinburgh, and believe me it is a show you really don't want to miss at The Voodoo Rooms.

3) Happy to announce our next Glasgow gig will be on Sunday 2nd September at The Ferry on Anderston Quay, for their Big Blues Day. More details to follow, but as normal there will be 6 acts or so to entertain including ourselves. Tickets are normally £8 for entry to all acts, but we have 50 complimentary tickets to give away to the first people who contact us at info@dixiefried.co.uk
