Next 2 gigs...

Weather wise, how good has May been in Scotland...I honestly do not remember one drop of rain, and sitting here with blue skies and 22 degrees is (fingers crossed) hopeful that we might be going to maybe have 2 or 3 months of an actual real summer.

We have 2 gigs coming up over the next 2 weeks, that we have been looking forward to for a long time, as we know both are going to be absolutely worth every second of the wait.

Friday 8th June we are honoured to be invited back to the garden of the Eden Festival to help celebrate its 10th anniversary, and as normal tickets are really close to selling out - it's only a week on Friday folks. We will be playing in the best pop up local pub in the country RABBIE'S TAVERN. This festival ALWAYS sells out, and I can promise you it is worth kicking off the festival season.

Then the Thursday after Eden festival, we are the ONLY SUPPORT at King Tuts, Glasgow when Proud Mary make a very welcome return to a stage where I have seen them blow the roof off many times before. The last 10 years or so, different band members have been living in California, so not always going to be easy to record and tour...but it is happening now, with their 4th studio album almost done and a quick UK mini tour to whet everyone's appetite. Not sure if there is any left at all, but Friday last week I heard there was ONLY 9 TICKETS LEFT

VERY LIMITED EDITION

We have a lot of summer shows coming up, so we decided to buckle (a little) to a great deal of pressure, and have a limited run of physical CD's made of our latest album, ON SUNBURST AND THUMP.

The phenomenal reaction to the vinyl release allowed us to be able to finance ourselves this small CD run.

We got them made to sell during the Summer shows, and will be on sale at our first Summer show this Saturday. After which they will be available online on Monday (will post link then)

I will stress, it is a VERY LIMITED AMOUNT made, and with the amount of requests to have some made we expect these to disappear very quickly

Thank you all for your amazing support, it really is humbling and inspiring in equal measures. You allow us to keep being creative and pushing our own boundaries, lots more idea's coming out all the time, can't wait to record again.

Anyone who knows us, will have a good idea of how many times we have saw this Manchester band at the UK's best small venue, if not, the answer is a lot.

Those gigs always sold out, and this year the band are getting back together for a small UK tour. 

On Thursday 14th June, we are the pleasure of kicking the night off and getting the crowd warmed up for a blinding night from Greg, Paul and the lads.

As a fan I had already bought my tickets to go, but then we were asked to play. Our pleasure was the answer. We already had a bus organised of like minded fans coming to the gig and now those figures are going up we will probably need to sort a bigger one, but that is fine by us.
